Dear Dan and Sheila,

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of Voice of the Faithful, I want to extend our warmest congratulations and appreciation for the exceptional service that both of you have contributed to the life of our Church during the past three decades.  You have given inspiration and hope to many Catholic faithful with your extraordinary labors at Call To Action, and we hope that you will enjoy a much deserved respite as you step down from your leadership positions.

The founding leaders of VOTF recall fondly the encouragement and kind friendship you extended to them as VOTF came into existence six years ago during one of the most turbulent periods in the life of our church in this country.  Then and now, we continue to draw upon your foundational work to nurture and empower the role and responsibility of lay Catholics in the life and welfare of our Church.

We wish you much joy and rewards from the fruits of your labor as you begin the next chapter in your lives.

Warmly,

Bill Casey
Chair, VOTF Board of Trustees
