Communications: The “Walk for Walter” that took place Sunday, Oct. 2, drawing
over 1,000 participants was a combined effort between many cooperating
groups including the newly formed Our Lady’s Friends; the Newton VOTF affiliate
who organized the event; VOTF National which provided press relations;
and CTA member Stan Doherty who provided a sound system for the rally.
